Job summary

Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a Care Assistant at Earlsfield Court, a luxury 72 bed home. You will care for residential and dementia residents, working day shifts on a full-time basis with £13.39 per hour and added company benefits.

We welcome enthusiastic, passionate and reliable carers who share a real love for care and a team-focused approach. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is preferred, with opportunities for training and career development within our homes.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent required or willingness to attend training.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to a busy care environment.

Responsibilities

• Care for residential and dementia residents as part of the care team.
• Support residents to promote choice, independence and dignity.
• Work flexible day shifts as part of a full-time rota.

Person Specification

• Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications if not willingness to attend
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
