Choices Homecare Bolton is hiring Care Assistants to support clients across the Bolton region. The role offers flexible full-time and part-time hours with a clear mileage allowance and opportunities for professional development within the Optimo Care Group.

We provide full training, so experience is welcome but not essential, and rotas are provided in advance. A caring, compassionate approach and good communication are essential for success in this role.

• Support emotional wellbeing and identify changes in behaviour or needs.
• Keep accurate records and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Respect confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries at all times.

are seeking Care Assistants for our clients in locations across the Bolton region.

Rate of Pay: £13.44 per hour

Flexible full-time and part-time hours available

What To Expect In This Role

Care is delivered 7 days a week between 07:00 and 23:00

We ask for a minimum of 16 hours per week

Every Other Weekend Availability Is Required

This role is paid for care delivery time, with mileage reimbursed between calls at 30p per mile
