Choices Homecare Bolton is seeking Care Assistants to support clients in the Bolton region. The role offers flexible full-time and part-time hours with a rate of pay of £13.44 per hour.

Care is delivered 7 days a week between 07:00 and 23:00, with a minimum of 16 hours per week and alternate weekend availability. Full training provided and mileage allowance offered to cover travel costs.

Responsibilities

• Support people with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with medication administration and accurate documentation.

• Maintain records and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

What to expect in this role

Care is delivered 7 days a week between 07:00 and 23:00

We ask for a minimum of 16 hours per week

Every other weekend availability is required

This role is paid for care delivery time, with mileage reimbursed between calls at 30p per mile

What you will do

Support people with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting

Assist with medication administration and accurate documentation

Prepare meals and support with eating and drinking when needed

Encourage independence and support people with daily living tasks

Build positive relationships with service users and their families

Support emotional wellbeing and identify changes in behaviour or needs

Keep accurate records and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors

Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment

Respect confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries at all times
