Job summary

Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts at Rivermede Court in Egham. The role is full-time (42 or 48 hours per week) with alternate weekend work, benefitting from breaks, uniforms, meals, and pension. You will support residents, including those with dementia, ensuring safety and high-quality care.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) with supervisory experience and knowledge of CQC Fundamentals. Medication administration experience is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in care.
• Supervisory experience in a care setting.

Rivermede Court situated in Egham is a luxury 80 bed care home that provides the most luxurious surroundings and the very best in health care and support.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable Senior Care Assistants to be part of our care team looking after our residential and dementia residents on a full time basis. We have positions for 42 hours per week or 48 hours per week, both will include alternate weekend working.

Our team members must have a real passion for care and want to work as part of a close-knit team supporting each other, and wanting to promote choice, individuality and independence to our residents at all times.

We are looking to recruit experienced Senior Carers who hold a NVQ level 3 (or equivalent qualification) and have a sound knowledge of care legislation including CQC Fundamental Standards. You will have supervisory experience, Medication administration experience (& relevant qualification) as well as being a supportive mentor to the care assistants.

You will need 2 years' previous experience gained from working with older people and people who experience dementia - previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant is desirable.
