What does this Care Assistant job involve?

Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 07:00 - 14:00 / 16:00 - 22:00

• Supporting Clients to continue living in their home.
• Provide person centred care
• Assist with Personal Care (washing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, support with moving and repositioning)
• Supporting them with their medication
• Shopping, mealtimes and housework, attending hospital appointments
