VerseOne Group is seeking a dedicated Cardiology Diagnostic Booking Coordinator for a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover in our CDC team in Basildon, UK. You will deliver frontline admin support to the diagnostics service and act as a main contact for patients, handling queries and complaints with empathy and diplomacy.

You will work with the diagnostic booking team lead to provide clerical support for the Cardiology service and assist physiologists in the community.

• Dealing with patient enquiries and booking diagnostic appointments.
• Providing administrative support to the Cardiology diagnostic service and clerical tasks for the community.
• Supporting the physiologists in the community with administrative duties.
