Job summary

Vertu Nissan Glasgow South is seeking a Service Advisor to join our well established dealership. You will be the relationship manager between customers and the workshop, ensuring outstanding satisfaction.

Responsibilities include setting customer expectations, staying in touch during service or repair, upselling additional products and following up to confirm customers are happy with the work carried out. The role offers up to £35,000 basic salary depending on experience and a comprehensive

Qualifications

Previous customer facing service experience is essential.
Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are paramount.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines.
Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsibilities

Set customer expectations and keep in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle.
Upsell additional products where appropriate.
Follow up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
Act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop.
