Vertu Nissan Sheffield is offering a Service Advisor position with a £32,000 basic salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-5:30pm on Friday, with no weekend work.

The role focuses on guiding customers through service journeys and maintaining clear communication with workshop teams. Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months in a customer service role, strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to targets.

• At least 12 months of experience in a customer service role.
• Confidence communicating with a wide range of people.
• Ability to stay organised and focused in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive approach to meeting targets and managing your time.

Responsibilities

• Support customers throughout their vehicle service or repair journey
• Set expectations clearly and keep customers updated
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the customer
• Follow up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction
