Car Dealership in the Reading area seeks a Service Advisor to join a fast-paced, expanding team. You will greet customers, book vehicles into the workshop, and liaise with technicians to track progress and ensure timely service completion.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, updating customers during servicing, and handing over vehicles. You’ll maintain relationships, grow product knowledge through training, and explore upsell opportunities while keeping admin orderly.

Formación

• Previous Service Advisor in a car dealership.
• Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Book vehicles into the technical workshop.
• Liaise with the workshop to track progress and ensure on-time completion.
• Provide exceptional customer service including onward travel arrangements and updates.
• Hand over vehicles after service and maintain relationships with customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in manufacturer training.
• Upsell sales opportunities where appropriate.
• Maintain good housekeeping and orderly administration.
