Job summary

Wisteria Talent Ltd is recruiting on behalf of an established franchised dealership for an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead a busy sales operation.

You will motivate and coach the team, drive new and used vehicle performance, manage targets and profitability, and ensure a first-class customer experience while upholding standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Transaction Manager or similar within the motor trade.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A commercially focused approach.
• Confident deal management and negotiation skills.
• A proven track record of delivering against targets.
• Full UK driving licence.
