Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is partnering with a Treforest dealership to recruit an experienced Used Car Sales Manager. You will lead a busy sales team, drive profitability across vehicle sales, finance, insurance and accessories, and uphold brand standards.

The role requires proven franchise dealership leadership, a strong F&I background, and a track record of exceeding targets. A UK driving licence is essential, with Sundays off and a 5.5 day week in a well-regarded franchise environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved dealership located in Treforest.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and skilled Car Sales Manager to lead a dedicated sales team and drive exceptional results within a busy car dealership environment.

Benefits of the Used Car Sales Manager role include:

• Basic salary of approximately £33,000 per annum, with uncapped annual earnings exceeding £66,000 based on sales performance

No Sundays and 1/2 Saturdays off a month The primary duties of the Used Car Sales Manager include:

• Leading and motivating a team of Sales Executives to achieve and surpass sales targets
• Formulating sales policies in collaboration with senior management to maximise profitability from vehicle sales, finance, insurance, and accessories
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention to drive repeat business and build dealership loyalty
• Managing vehicle purchasing, stock control, and forecourt presentation to optimise sales
• Contributing to process efficiency and cost management across dealership operations
• Representing the dealership’s brand and providing exemplary customer service through leading by example The role requires the following experience and skills:
• Proven sales management experience within a franchise-approved car dealership, ideally in a medium to large-sized dealership
• Strong background in finance and insurance (F&I) management
• Successful track record of exceeding sales targets and leading a team to success
• Stable employment history and recent or current experience in a sales management position
• A valid UK driving licence with minimal points is essential
