Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Southampton is recruiting for a Car Sales Executive with a leading automotive dealership. You will engage customers, promote new Chinese brand vehicles and prestige used cars, and build long-term relationships while hitting sales targets.

A competitive basic salary of £18,000 with an OTE of up to £60,000 and a company car are on offer. Weekdays 8:30 am to 6 pm, weekends on a 1-in-4 rota, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated and enthusiastic with a proactive sales approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand vehicle requirements and advise.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the automotive industry, though not essential if the right attitude is demonstrated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and enthusiastic with a proactive sales approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
