• Follow the manufacturer's sales process accurately to meet enquiry management targets
• Maintain detailed and accurate vehicle, customer, and sales documentation according to manufacturer standards
• Prospect for new and used car customers using various sources and create sales opportunities
• Use effective follow-up strategies to build long-term relationships with customers and maximise repeat business
• Promote finance solutions and adhere to FCA guidelines when discussing financial products
• Oversee the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customer understanding of vehicle operation and aftersales support
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotional events, and both on-site and off-site activities
• Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for part exchanges
