Job Overview

We are looking for an Enthusiastic, hungry ambitious team playing Car sales consultant to join our main dealer team in Stourbridge.

Compensation and Benefits

The Car sales consultant role offers a basic salary with a very good commission structure with an uncapped on target earnings. With a commission structure offering between £75 - £100 for every new car sold, with additional product sales on top of around £40 each you could earn £150 for every new car sold. / Used car commission comes in at 10% of the profit plus the add‑on products, this could add up to £200 per used car. OTE is circa £48,000 plus.

Working Hours

The business is open 7 days a week and works on a 5-day working week one week and a 6-day working week the next which includes Sundays. Giving you a day off in the week and a Sunday off every other week.

Role and Responsibilities

As a car sales consultant you will have the drive and the determination to succeed in this role by wanting to be the best and to do this the right way. Selling New and used cars from onsite and within group.

You will be dealing with telephone enquiries, email enquiries, service customers and walk‑in sales customers.

Customer Service and Personality

The Car sales consultant role is all about customer service. This customer‑centric role requires you to actively listen to the customers wants and needs and, in most cases, exceed this with product knowledge and great service.

You must be smart, approachable, and open. You must be able to speak to people on all levels and understand what they need.

We will train you to be the best you want to be utilising a sales process that works and by working with the sales manager and senior sales team you will maximise every customer you come into contact with.
