Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in showroom and via digital platforms.
• Understand customer needs and match them with suitable vehicles and finance options.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Keep abreast of manufacturer products, offers, and industry trends.
• Utilise CRM systems and digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
