Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a motivated Used Car Sales Executive for a busy Stoke showroom. In this high-volume role, you will engage customers, guide them to suitable vehicles, and drive test drives and product demonstrations.

You will work with over 550 vehicles, aiming to hit targets monthly while delivering outstanding service and building lasting customer records. A valid UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven face-to-face sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry or a similar retail environment.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• FCA accreditation is preferred or willingness to undergo training.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers through the showroom experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles from a stock of over 550 vehicles.
• Arrange test drives and present value-added products confidently.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate vehicle and customer records as a Car Sales Executive.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain a presentable appearance.

We are currently recruiting for a Used Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a prominent car supermarket group based in Stoke, Staffordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional seeking to excel within a high-volume used car operation.

• Basic salary of £22,000 plus uncapped commission
• Realistic on-target earnings of £48,000+; top performers earning up to £60,000
• Leads provided and high footfall environment
• Ongoing training and career progression opportunities within a growing business - 28 days holiday entitlement - 42.5-hour working week, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays on a rota Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
