Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year's proven sales experience within a main dealership environment.
Customer-focused with a results-driven approach.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Full valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers both in the showroom and via digital platforms.
Understand customer needs and match them with suitable vehicles and finance options.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business.
Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Keep abreast of manufacturer products, offers, and industry trends.
Utilise CRM systems and digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
