Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a reputable family-run multi-franchise car dealer group in Chippenham for a highly motivated Used Car Sales Executive. The role offers a basic salary of £18,000 per year with uncapped OTE of £50,000+ based on sales performance, plus a personal company car and 28 days of annual leave (with holidays in lieu for any worked).

You will sell used cars and related products, work a 5-day week including Saturdays and alternating Sundays, and

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable and family-run multi-franchise approved car dealer group in the Chippenham area, for a highly motivated and professional Used Car Sales Executive.

This is an excellent Car Sales Executive opportunity to join a successful dealership with a strong reputation in the UK automotive industry.

• Basic salary of £18,000 per annum
• Uncapped OTE of £50,000+ based on sales performance

• Guaranteed 5-day working week, including Saturdays and alternating Sundays Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
• Sell used cars, alongside accessories, add-ons, finance, and insurance products to customers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through excellent customer service
• Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery progress and delays
• Resolve customer queries and collect payments prior to vehicle handover
• Explain warranty, service plans, and introduce customers to the Service Department as appropriate
• Demonstrate vehicle features, promote additional products, and support customers throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
• Previous or current car sales experience is highly beneficial
• Strong track record in customer-facing retail sales with a passion for cars
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and results-driven approach
• Professional attitude, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
