Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a Sales Executive for an independent specialist dealership in Droitwich, Worcestershire. The role offers a basic salary of £23,500 with an potential on-target earnings around £55,000 per annum, plus a strong commission package in a professional, independent environment.

The position features a structured commission plan, with typical hours Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-4pm, and Saturdays 9am-1pm (two Saturdays per month), with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with prestige or performance vehicles is preferred.
• Commercially aware with a target-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries from first contact through to vehicle handover.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Handle part-exchanges and negotiate vehicle deals.
• Present finance, warranty and insurance products effectively.
• Follow up on leads and develop new sales opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process.
