Job summary
Car Finance 247 is opening its first Bournemouth office and is seeking experienced sales professionals to join a brand-new team. As a Car Finance Sales Advisor you will work with warm, pre-qualified customers, approved lenders and dealerships to deliver a smooth, compliant journey from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
This is an FCA-regulated role in a high-volume environment with uncapped commission, clear targets, and structured career progression.
Qualifications
- 12-18+ months' experience in a sales role within motor finance, car sales, or financial services/FCA-regulated environment.
- Experience handling regulated conversations, affordability and compliant customer journeys.
- Proven ability to meet targets, KPIs, and work in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Speak with warm, pre-qualified customers – no cold calling.
- Understand customers' vehicle needs, budgets, and finance options.
- Match customers with suitable lenders and vehicles via the dealer network.
- Manage the full customer journey from application through payout.
- Ensure every interaction is FCA-compliant and customer-focused.
- Use our technology platform to manage your pipeline and progress deals.
- Close deals, achieve targets, and maximise commission.
