CarFinance 247 is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the Maidstone area, based from home with a regional UK remit. You will manage dealers, drive new partnerships, and work with internal teams to maximise revenue and leads while achieving targets in a fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling into the motor trade.
• Experience in account management and business development in motor finance is desirable.
• Proactive with high activity levels to meet targets.
• Strong in negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a regional UK area.
• Proactively acquire new motor dealer partners for CF247.
• Work with existing dealers and build relationships to grow penetration.
• Coordinate with internal sales and delivery teams to provide market-leading service.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Update and use the CRM to manage activity and pipeline.
• Conduct business reviews to ensure exceptional service and regulatory compliance.
• Attend Head Office meetings once per quarter.
