Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from around the world! Ideal candidates will have :

• A degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred)
• Applicants from AUSNZ or LATAM regions : U.S. educational background not required, but project management experience is essential
• Strong backgrounds in STEM, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields are especially valued
• Passion for mentorship, leadership development, and education innovation

The Role : Capstone Mentor

As a Capstone Mentor, you’ll guide students through their personalized leadership project journey , helping them develop ideas, execute strategic plans, and reach tier-specific outcomes. These projects are central to students’ college applications and personal development.

Core Responsibilities

• Mentor students through regular meetings and structured checkpoints
• Support proposal development, tier milestone tracking, and final submission
• Assist students in managing expert consultations and building impactful community-focused projects
• Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring students stay on track
• Collaborate with internal teams (Strategists & Admins) to ensure a seamless mentorship experience

Time Commitment & Flexibility

• Around 5 hours per week (or more)
• Flexible scheduling — you choose which students to work with
• Mentors must commit to supporting students through project completion

Compensation

Compensation is based on your professional background, expertise, and educational experience . You will be paid for live session time , which includes :

• 1 hour session
• ~15 minutes preparation
• ~10 minutes session summary
• ~10-15 minutes follow-up / research
