Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an MDT Co-ordinator to support the Cancer MDT pathway and cancer data management at West Middlesex University Hospital with cross-site duties at Chelsea & Westminster.

You will gather data from multiple sources, maintain COSD compliance, prepare agendas and minutes, and liaise with clinical teams to ensure timely patient progression through treatment pathways.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent level of experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database software.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and co-ordinate MDT meetings for designated specialties.
• Prepare and pre-stage MDT lists with imaging and documentation.
• Capture COSD data and transfer to Somerset Cancer Registry.
• Review Somerset data for accuracy and meet weekly with MDT lead/CTN.
• Maintain attendance records and post-MDT minutes distribution.
• Escalate delays in patient pathways and coordinate through care teams.
