Job summary

The London Clinic is seeking an MDT Coordinator to join our cancer services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will act as a key point of contact, coordinating MDT activities, gathering information, and ensuring timely decisions across clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Coordinate cancer MDT meetings to ensure clinical teams have the information they need to make timely decisions.
• Prepare agendas, patient lists and supporting documents so each case is ready for discussion.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and reports to support audits and service improvement.
• Support virtual and urgent MDT meetings to help patients receive timely decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cancer MDT meetings to ensure clinical teams have the information they need for timely decisions.
• Prepare agendas, patient lists and supporting documents for each case so discussion is well‑informed.
• Attend MDT meetings and record diagnoses, treatment recommendations and agreed actions.
• Share MDT outcomes securely and promptly so teams can progress patient care.
