Job summary

Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Cancer MDT Co-ordinator to help coordinate and track patients with suspected or confirmed cancer across the Trust and tertiary centres, liaising with clinical and administrative teams to arrange appointments, investigations and treatments.

The post holder will ensure data capture is complete and up to date, work to deadlines, and escalate patient pathway delays promptly, maintaining high data quality while managing a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track patients with suspected or confirmed cancer in a timely and efficient way.
• Liaise with clinical and administrative teams within the Trust and at tertiary centres to coordinate appointments, investigations and treatments.
• Support cancer MDT co-ordinators and ensure data requirements are collected and complete.
• Work to deadlines, ensure data capture is up to date and escalate patient pathway delays promptly.
