Job summary

Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an MDT Co-ordinator for Cancer Services, Band 4, a fixed-term role supporting multidisciplinary team meetings and cancer data collection. The post involves co-ordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely data capture within national targets.

The role includes liaison across departments, involvement in Cancer Management systems, and working pattern Monday to Friday with flexible times.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
• IT qualification including Excel.
• Experience in NHS setting preferred.
• Experience in supervisory role preferable in cancer care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative facilitation and support to the MDTs weekly meeting, including organising venue and circulation of discussion lists.
• Ensure radiology images, histopathology slides, patient notes and other necessary information are available for viewing.
• Attend the meeting and accurately record outcomes of discussions.
• Keep accurate records of MDT attendance and core members.
