Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Cancer MDT Coordinator to support the clinical team and patient pathways across the cancer MDT meetings, ensuring data is collected and entered into Somerset and that patients progress through the pathway efficiently.

Based mainly at West Middlesex Hospital with cross-site work to Chelsea & Westminster as required, you will liaise with MDT leads, maintain attendance records and help ensure Cancer Waiting Time Standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Strong data management and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with cancer data systems (Somerset) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and co-ordinate MDT meetings for designated specialties.
• Prepare MDT areas with imaging and required documentation.
• Capture COSD and Audit data during MDT and transfer to Somerset.
• Review Somerset data for accuracy and meet weekly with MDT lead.
• Circulate attendance registers and maintain electronic records.
• Escalate delays in patient pathways and coordinate next steps.
