Job summary

South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Cancer Data & Performance Administrator to support MDT meetings, collate pathology and radiology materials, and ensure accurate recording of clinical decisions.

You will analyse cancer waiting times data, coordinate diaries, prepare treatment plans, maintain data systems, and work with clerical staff to progress patient pathways, while upholding data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Experience organising and preparing MDT documentation and liaison with multiple professionals.
• Ability to analyse cancer waiting times data and identify potential delays in treatment.
• Capable of collating pathology and radiology material for MDT preparation and reporting.
• Comfort with entering and retrieving data in hospital systems and ensuring data quality.
• Experience with data protection and maintaining audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Organise and prepare MDT meeting documentation and notify members.
• Coordinate team diaries, organise venues, and circulate essential information.
• Analyse cancer waiting times data and identify potential delays in treatment.
• Collate pathology and radiology material for MDT preparation and reporting.
• Prepare treatment plans discussed at MDT meetings and update patient records.
• Monitor progress against treatment plans and assist with scheduling next steps.
• Interrogate data collection systems to maintain a tracking process for referrals and screenings.
• Provide administrative support to the team and maintain SOPs.
• Communicate outcomes from MDT meetings to relevant staff and patients as appropriate.
