Job summary

Plymouth Marjon University is seeking a Campus Welcome Team Assistant to support the Welcome Desk operations, parking, mail, and accommodation/office key handling. You will help supervise student colleagues and contribute to service improvements while maintaining high standards of customer service.

The role is based at the Campus & Commercial Team, predominantly at the Welcome Desk, with shifts Monday–Friday 08:30–16:30 and potential weekend coverage on a rota basis; closing date 04 October 2026

Responsibilities

• Oversee Welcome Desk operations: post distribution, switchboard, and queries in person, by phone and email.
• Manage daily operations including Parking & Green Travel, vehicle hire, mail, keys, and admin tasks.
• Supervise student team and support their development while they study.
