The University of Bath is seeking a dynamic Campus Experience & Switchboard Team Leader to oversee Reception and Switchboard operations across student and commercial accommodation, ensuring high standards of service and procedural consistency.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, manage rotas and enquiry handling, and ensure compliant check-in/out processes while delivering a positive campus experience through cross-department collaboration.
