Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall running of the café including routines, processes and standards
• Hold full profit and loss accountability for the café
• Maximise sales, presentation and compliance with safety and legal requirements
• Lead and inspire your team to hit sales targets
• Understand and deliver to the service plan and required standards
• Select, train and develop team members to grow skills and pride in their work
• Act as a café menu expert sharing knowledge with the team
• Ensure customers are served quickly and receive high quality food and drinks in a clean environment
