Job summary

Tesco Café Manager role overseeing a welcoming café, responsible for daily operations, staff development and delivering high standards of service. You’ll coach a friendly team, maximise sales, and ensure processes are followed to keep customers safe and satisfied.

With supervisory experience in hospitality, you’ll lead by example, drive performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while supporting Tesco Cafés nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality at supervisory level or above.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to lead and coach a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of the café, including routines and standards.
• Hold full profit and loss accountability for the café.
• Maximise sales and ensure safety and legality of operations.
• Lead, mentor and develop the café team to hit targets.
• Act as a café menu expert and share knowledge with the team.
• Ensure customers receive high-quality food and drinks in a clean environment.
