Job summary

British Airways is seeking a Cabin Products Executive to shape and manage the physical products we offer on board. You will oversee an allocated portfolio from development through delivery and lifecycle, working with design, engineering, procurement and customer experience teams to drive market-leading cabin products.

You will champion the customer throughout product development, track milestones and budgets, and define requirements with strong stakeholder engagement across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Developing, managing or delivering customer-facing cabin products in a complex organisation.
• Ability to balance customer, commercial, operational and technical requirements.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Look after a portfolio of cabin products through development, delivery and lifecycle.
• Champion customer experience during product development and ensure design, quality and configuration alignment.
• Track milestones, risks, budgets and decisions; escalate issues as needed.
• Define product requirements and build business cases for new cabin products.
• Use customer insight and data to inform future product development.
• Collaborate across Design, Engineering, Procurement and Hospitality teams.
• Manage supplier relationships and support procurement and entry into service readiness.
• Lead customer sign-off and support product launches.
