Job summary

InterEx Group in London seeks a Business Development Consultant focused on C-Suite technology clients. You will recruit and build long-term partnerships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and CISOs, turning conversations into opportunities.

Work with our specialist teams to shape proposals, manage your pipeline, and expand accounts across Europe and the Americas. Uncapped commission features from day one.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience with hands-on business development and client relationship management.
• Confidence approaching senior stakeholders and uncovering business needs.
• A track record of winning new business or expanding existing accounts.
• Commercial mindset and drive to build a substantial client portfolio.
• Curiosity about technology and willingness to learn broader solutions.
• Positive energy, resilience and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Opening conversations with senior technology decision-makers through targeted outreach.
• Understanding clients’ challenges, programmes and technology investment plans.
• Identifying opportunities for project work, team builds and recruitment solutions.
• Developing relationships across multiple stakeholders within each account.
• Shaping proposals with specialist teams to meet client requirements.
• Managing pipeline, negotiating terms and converting opportunities into partnerships.
• Collaborating with London and Miami teams to grow accounts across markets.
