Job summary

InterEx Group is expanding its C‑Suite Technology team in London, seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to recruit senior technology executives. You will focus on C‑suite roles, build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, and work with a dynamic client base across London and Miami.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, develop your specialist desk, and enjoy clear career progression, hands-on coaching, and performance‑based incentives in a high-energy office culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' experience in 360 recruitment.
• Proven track record of billing and winning new business.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong business development, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with C-suite technology leaders and clients.
• Manage senior-level recruitment processes and engage executive talent.
• Develop a strong network of senior technology professionals.
• Partner with clients to understand leadership requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Leverage and expand the existing client base across London and international markets.
• Own the 360 recruitment lifecycle from BD to placement.
