Job summary

InterEx Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its C‑Suite Technology team in London. This onsite role focuses on networking with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and CISOs across our 800+ direct client base, and collaboration with London and Miami teams to grow the desk.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive outreach, and delivering end-to-end recruitment; uncapped commission and clear progression from Consultant to Director are available.

Qualifications

• A track record of billing and business development.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs and other senior technology leaders.
• Network across a large client base and develop new business through outreach and referrals.
• Grow existing client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial conversation to placement.
• Maintain CRM data and develop market knowledge across C‑Suite technology.
