Join a dynamic development team driving the evolution of a high-performance, customer-facing Self‑Service Terminal platform, set to power over 1,400 retail locations across the UK. This is your chance to work on cutting‑edge technology that blends software innovation with hardware integration.

As a Senior Developer, you'll take ownership of complex challenges, influence technical direction, and mentor junior team members. Your work will span feature enhancements, performance optimisation, UI development, and seamless hardware integration—all within an Agile environment.

What You'll Do
  • Design and deliver robust, high‑quality software solutions
  • Optimise performance and reliability across the platform
  • Implement and maintain unit and automated tests
  • Integrate software with hardware peripherals
  • Support and enhance Back End services
  • Apply UI design changes and improvements
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing
  • Champion best practices and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Contribute to sprint goals as part of an Agile delivery team
  • Mentor and guide less experienced developers
What We're Looking For
  • Solid, recent experience with C++
  • Strong knowledge of Windows development and Visual Studio
