Qualifications

Job description

We're looking for a Buying Administration Assistant to join our Accessorize team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute and support the team to develop a balanced and commercial product range for the Accessorize brand. What will you do as a BAA?

Responsibilities
  • Critical path management
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Sample management
  • Coordinating fit sessions
  • Assist on packaging and labelling requirements
  • Confirm buying samples against production
  • Create sales reports
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Maintain product grading sheets
  • Arrange samples in preparation for e‑commerce shoots
  • General department administration
  • Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
  • Excellent problem solver and decision maker – always focusing on solutions
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • A self‑motivator who is enthusiastic and keen to progress and develop
  • Active team player who constantly contributes and supports other members
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word & Excel) with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience as BAA is preferable
