The department is a £2–2.5m revenue stream at the core of the firm's client offering.

This newly created role will take full ownership of transforming how the department operates, from client reporting and internal workflows to technology, structure, and go-to-market strategy. The aim is to create a scalable, efficient, and commercially focused function that delivers consistently high-quality service to clients.

Key areas of focus :

• Reviewing and redesigning all aspects of the Business Services operation.
• Enhancing use of cloud accounting and workflow technology.
