Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join its IT Services team, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and HR systems. The role involves requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, reporting and ongoing improvements in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will support HRIS modules, maintain data integrity, and work with internal teams and suppliers to deliver system changes. Liverpool-based with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, HR Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst or similar.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with modules: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, LMS, Succession & Development, Compensation, Recruiting.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience supporting business applications and system enhancements.
• Experience with system testing and defect resolution.
• Experience producing reports and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with data management and system administration.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Intapp.

Responsibilities

Business Systems Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors

The Opportunity

Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join its IT Services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing key business systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure systems continue to meet operational requirements.

The role will involve business analysis, systems support, configuration, testing, reporting and ongoing system improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify system improvements and enhancements.
• Support, maintain and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Assist with the implementation and delivery of system changes and enhancements.
• Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data.
• Support system integrations and assess the impact of upstream and downstream system changes.
• Produce and maintain functional and process documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to system users.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party suppliers where required.

Required Experience

• Previous experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, HR Systems Analyst, HRIS Analyst or similar.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience supporting one or more of the following SuccessFactors modules:

  • Performance & Goals
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Succession & Development
  • Compensation
  • Recruiting
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience supporting business applications and system enhancements.
• Experience with system testing and defect resolution.
• Experience producing reports and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with data management and system administration.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Intapp.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
• SAP SuccessFactors certification.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources or a related discipline.
