Job summary

Global Law Firm in Liverpool is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join its IT Services team, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems. You will gather and document requirements, configure modules, test changes, develop reports and dashboards, and support system integrations and data integrity with stakeholders and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience supporting business applications and system enhancements.
• Experience with system testing and defect resolution.
• Experience producing reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify system improvements and enhancements.
• Support, maintain and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Assist with the implementation and delivery of system changes and enhancements.
• Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data.
• Support system integrations and assess the impact of upstream and downstream system changes.
• Produce and maintain functional and process documentation.
• Provide support and guidance to system users.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party suppliers where required.
