Job summary

Picture More Ltd. in Liverpool is seeking an HRIS Analyst SAP SuccessFactors to own and shape HR technology configuration across Employee Central and other modules.

You will work closely with IT Services and Talent teams to translate requirements into scalable system configurations and reports. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, problem-solving and collaboration across HR stakeholders in a large international services organisation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration.
• Experience configuring and administering SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with at least one additional SF module.
• Recruitment experience across RCM and/or RMK valuable.
• LMS or PMGM experience would be relevant.
• Knowledge of HR/talent processes, data and reporting.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to collaborate across IT and HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain and support SAP SuccessFactors.
• Work with IT Services and Talent teams to understand requirements and improve HR technology.
• Take ownership of Employee Central alongside other SuccessFactors modules.
• Translate business requirements into effective system configuration.
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage defects through to resolution.
• Support testing, upgrades and implementation of new functionality.
• Maintain HR data integrity and develop reporting solutions.
• Review system changes and understand impact on related apps.
• Support integrations across the HR technology environment.
• Develop user guides, training materials and supporting documentation.

Liverpool | Hybrid | £55,000 to £60,000 | Permanent

Are you a SAP SuccessFactors specialist who enjoys getting hands‑on with configuration, solving system problems and improving the technology behind HR and Talent processes?

We’re recruiting a Business Systems Analyst to join a large international professional services organisation in Liverpool. Sitting across the IT Services and Talent teams, you’ll act as an important link between technology and the people using it, taking hands‑on responsibility for the configuration, support and continued development of SAP SuccessFactors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, configure, maintain and support SAP SuccessFactors
• Work closely with both IT Services and Talent teams to understand requirements and improve HR technology
• Take particular ownership of Employee Central, alongside other SuccessFactors modules
• Translate business requirements into effective system configuration
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage defects through to resolution
• Support testing, upgrades and implementation of new functionality
• Maintain HR data integrity and develop reporting solutions
• Review system changes and understand their impact on upstream and downstream applications
• Support integrations across the HR technology environment
• Develop user guides, training materials and supporting documentation

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience is essential
• Experience configuring and administering SuccessFactors, rather than solely using the platform
• Experience with at least one additional SuccessFactors module
• Recruitment experience across RCM and/or RMK would be particularly valuable
• Alternatively, strong LMS or PMGM experience would be relevant
• Additional exposure to ECP, Onboarding, Qualtrics, Reports Centre, Cloud Identity Services/IAS, Integration Centre or BTP/CPI would be advantageous
• Good understanding of HR/Talent processes, data and reporting
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to work effectively across both technical and Talent/HR stakeholders
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach

You don't need to have worked across every SuccessFactors module.
