Job summary

Global Law Firm in Liverpool is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join its IT Services team, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems. The Opportunity

Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join its IT Services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing key business systems, with a focus on

SAP SuccessFactors, while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure systems continue to meet operational requirements.

The role will involve business analysis, systems support, configuration, testing, reporting and ongoing system improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
