Join our friendly and forward‑thinking remote Business Services Team, where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in providing high‑quality administrative support that helps our services run smoothly and efficiently across Corporate Resources, and the wider Council.
Our Business Services Team is a positive, forward‑thinking group with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and efficient support across Corporate Resources. The wider service is made up of three teams — Support Services, Secretariat, and Information & Complaints — and while this role sits primarily within Support Services, you’ll work flexibly across all areas whendisposing to other.
This is a varied and rewarding administrative role. You’ll take responsibility for a range of daily tasks that help keep our services running smoothly. This includes accurate data entry, raising and managing purchase orders and invoices, booking training requests, maintaining up‑to‑date records, ordering supplies and services, and responding to phone and email enquiries. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers — both internal and external — receive a high‑quality, professional service.
