A prominent NHS Foundation Trust in London seeks a dedicated administrative professional to provide high-quality technical and coordination support across the Estates & Facilities Directorate. The role involves supervising administrative tasks, managing space utilization, and contributing to service improvement projects. Ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational skills and experience in a healthcare setting. The post holder will provide comprehensive technical, administrative, and coordination support across the Estates & Facilities Directorate, with a primary focus on healthcare planning, space management, project delivery, and the effective day‑to‑day running of the administration function.
They will manage the allocation and supervision of administrative work within the directorate, coordinate space utilisation and decant/relocation programmes, maintain accurate asset records, support site‑wide audits, and contribute to service improvement projects.
Working closely with the Senior Management Team, the post holder will ensure that services are delivered efficiently, records are maintained accurately, and communication is clear across all stakeholders.
