About the Role:
Reception duties for Staff reception and Training and conference facilities
Professional and efficient service to customers
Providing excellent customer service for both internal external clients, council staff and Members.
Provide administrative support service for internal and external enquiries within the T&C Centre, the Building Team, Back of House reception and mailroom
Manage the data input for all bookings and reservation enquiries for training and conference.
