About the Role:

Reception duties for Staff reception and Training and conference facilities

Professional and efficient service to customers

Providing excellent customer service for both internal external clients, council staff and Members.

Provide administrative support service for internal and external enquiries within the T&C Centre, the Building Team, Back of House reception and mailroom

Manage the data input for all bookings and reservation enquiries for training and conference.

Salary & Progression: Competitive starting salary and annual incremental progression.

Leave Entitlement: Generous holiday allowance of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays. Annual leave entitlement will increase by an additional 5 days after five years’ service.

You will be an effective multi-tasker with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

You will have excellent ICT skills and be able to use a range of packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
