£23,800 to £24,000 per annum

G4S Employment Support Services (ESS) deliver the RESTART employability programme on behalf of DWP.

The RESTART contract supports individuals into long-term employment across the North West through our network of suppliers and stakeholders.

To apply for our roles, experience in Employability or Welfare to Work is not necessary, but enthusiasm for understanding the industry, passion for delivering quality and success, and the skill set to meet the role's requirements are essential.

About the Role

As a Business Support Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Restart contract, liaising with internal colleagues, stakeholders, supply chain partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming warm handover calls between local Jobcentres, Supply Chain Partners, and Customers professionally and promptly.
  2. Provide administrative support to the wider business.
  3. Process change of circumstance notifications, notifying relevant parties of any changes.
  4. Manage multiple mailboxes, route queries appropriately, and monitor their progress.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous inbound Contact Centre experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
