The JLL Commercial Team sits within our Work Dynamics business line and is responsible for commercial analysis and contract management delivered across our client accounts. We are implementing improved processes and systems to support effective contract administration across facilities management operations.
This team offers the opportunity to drive and make change, often implementing processes and systems where they have not previously existed. You will need to be self‑motivated, organised, detail‑focused and understand administrative processes to support contract management effectively. You will need to be a team player and work with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally to drive change and innovation.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a position which will deliver formal governance processes and procedures for across multiple service areas, supporting contract management. This role will provide accurate, compliant, and structured commercial administration support for multiple service‑type contracts across various regions, ensuring legal rigour in contract interpretation, adherence to governance standards, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
This role is designed as a developmental pathway towards senior cost and commercial analysis, equipping you with exposure to commercial best practice, data‑based decision making, and value engineering opportunities. The role offers the opportunity to work within a structured commercial environment, implementing robust administration processes and systems. You will need to be detail‑oriented, process‑driven and understand contract administration requirements to apply that knowledge practically and effectively. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure seamless contract delivery.
