The team also manages “Tell Us Once” notifications, updating records and ensuring that changes in client circumstances are appropriately reflected across systems.

In addition, the role includes financial responsibilities, such as processing payments or refunds, and working within set financial procedures using designated systems to ensure compliance with organisational guidelines.

The Headquarters Team works collaboratively with Call Derbyshire, helping to provide a joined-up service and ensuring that clients receive consistent support and information.

Overall, the role requires strong communication skills, organisational skills, accuracy, teamwork, attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload while delivering a high standard of customer service.
