Derby City Council is seeking a part-time DDSCP Business Services Officer to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Derby and Derbyshire Safeguarding Children Partnership (DDSCP) business team and wider safeguarding partnership.

The Derby and Derbyshire Safeguarding Children Partnership (DDSCP) brings together statutory partners and relevant agencies to safeguard children, support effective multi-agency working and promote the welfare of children and young people across Derby and Derbyshire.
We are looking for a motivated, organised and flexible Business Services Officer to provide high-quality administrative, coordination and business support to the DDSCP business team and wider safeguarding partnership.
Responsible to the DDSCP Partnership Manager, you will help ensure that partnership activity is well organised, accurately recorded and effectively supported. This will include coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and papers, taking accurate minutes, maintaining records, supporting communications and assisting with the smooth running of DDSCP business processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your organisational, communication and IT skills in a very busy safeguarding partnership environment. You will work with colleagues and partner agencies across Derby and Derbyshire to support effective governance, information sharing, engagement and partnership improvement.
